Builder must receive written notice from Homeowner ONLY of any concerns in items covered by the Builder’s Limited Warranty, if applicable and issued, as soon as reasonably possible but not later than thirty (30) days after the applicable warranty period has expired. Failure to comply with the notice requirements may severely limit the homeowner’s rights and remedies.
Under the terms of the Builder’s Limited Warranty, if applicable and issued, in connection with the construction of the above described home, this Request for Warranty Service is submitted to describe the nature of your concern(s) covered by the Builder’s Limited Warranty, if applicable and issued. If the Companies of BHI and its specified entities are not the Seller, we are acting as the facilitator only for the Seller. Requests not covered by the Builder's Limited Warranty will be charged at minimum $75 per hour plus tax and trip fee.The vendor, supplier and/or subcontractor may also invoice you. Any and all payments are due upon receipt and due prior to any and all further requests for warranty work While we do our best to work within your schedule, all warranty work must be performed during our business hours between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Homeowner must be present throughout the duration of warranty work or other scheduled repairs. Animals must be securely confined from company representatives and workers during any and all visits. Commencement of work will also be determined by the extensiveness of a repair and the allotted time required.
